Effecting and sustaining change in a school can be challenging. How might we motivate and inspire our community to support the changes needed to better serve students with diverse learning needs?
Through this workshop, school leaders can take an inquiry-based approach to tuning into where their school is on their journey to developing a culture of inclusion. You will explore mission integrity within learning communities through the lens of students, parents, and teachers can inform and guide educational leaders. You will also have an opportunity to look at your own identity, mission, vision, and values to explore what it means to be inclusive in an international setting and within your own context. Explore how a familiar model of inquiry can support educators to draw on data-informed conclusions and take action, to ensure equitable outcomes for all learners.

Join us from the comfort of your homes on May 15 & 16 for sessions in English and on May 22 for sessions in Español. Together, let’s inquire, connect and transform our teaching practice.
This workshop will explore the complex and rewarding work of growing a culture of inclusion within an international school context. Participants will explore how identity and values drive our collaboration, and how effective collaboration supports equitable outcomes for all learners. By drawing on a data informed decision making process, we will unpack practical approaches to inspiring and influencing change within school culture, practice and the wider community.
